Introduction
Mukti means Nirvana and Nath means God. The Muktinath Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu in Hundu's Comunity. Buddhist also worship as scared pilgrimage. It is believed that all miseries and sorrows are relieved once you visit this temple and also one should visit this temple after completing four dhams pilgrimage tour. It is lies on a high mountain range at an altitude of 3749m. It is not just the pilgrimage tour one can enjoy remarkable natural beauty of Annapurna region which is a famous trekking destination in the world.
Itinerary
Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara - 206 km
Early in the morning around 7 am drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara. It is 206 km far from Kathmandu and takes app. 6 hrs by private car. On the way visit Manakamana Temple which is reachable by cable car ride of 15 mins. Overnight at Pokhara.
Day 02: Pokhara to Jomsom to Mukitnath to Jomsom
Take a morning flight to Jomsom from Pokhara which is about 15 mins by small plane. Arrival at Jomsom and walks for 25 mins to catch jeep. Drive to Muktinath for about 1:30 hrs and again walk for 30 mins upto Temple. Have darshan and back to Jomsom.
Day 03: Jomsom to Pokhara.
Fly back to Pokhara from Jomsom and Pokhara Valley sightseeing during which you will be visited Bindabasini Temple, Seti Gandaki River, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, Devis Fall and Barahi Temple at Fewa Lake. OVernight at Pokhara.
Day 04: Drive back to Kathmandu.
