Introduction

Annapurna base camp trek is famous for trekkers. The principal peaks of the western portion of the great Annapurna Himal, including Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Fang, Annapurna, Ganagapurna, Annapurna 3 and Machhapuchhare, are arranged almost precisely in a circle about 10 miles in diameter with a deep glacier-covered amphitheater at the center.

Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu to Pokhara(910m/2986ft.)

Day 2: Drive to Naya Pul (New bridge), and trek to Tikhe Dhunga (1495m/4905ft).

Day 3: Trek to Ghorepani (2850m/9350ft).

Day 4: Ghorepani to Poon Hill to Tadapani (2520m/8268ft).

Day 5: Tadapani to Sinuwa (2310m/7579ft).

Day 6: Sinuwa to Deurali (3150m/10335ft).

Day 7: Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4090m/13418ft).

Day 8: Annapurna Base Camp to Dovan (2600m/8580ft). Walking 5:30 hours.

Day 9: Dovan to Chhomrong (2110m/6923ft).

Day 10: Chhomrong to Ghaundrung (1940m/6365ft).

Day 11: Trek from Ghaundrung to Naya Pul; then drive to Pokhara (910m/2986ft).

Day 12: Rest day at Pokhara.

Day 13: Drive back from Pokhara to Katmandu by tourist bus.

Cost Includes

  1. Airport pick up and drop by our private car.
  2. Meals on full board (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) (Note: A.P Plan) during the trek.
  3. All accommodations in lodges/tea houses during the treks.
  4. All the necessary ground transportation.
  5. An experienced Government licensed holder guide and porter and their food, drinks, insurance, salary, equipments, transportation, local tax etc.
  6. All necessary paper works and national park entry permits & TIMS (Trekkers’ Information Management System)
  7. All government taxes.

Cost Excludes

  1. Lunch and dinner at Kathmandu.
  2. Laundry, telephone calls, Bar Bills ( Mineral Water, cold drinks, whisky, beer etc),
  3. Emergency evacuation if required, donation, tips and all personal nature expenses.

Equipments List

  1. Gloves with a waterproof shell outer.
  2. Down Jacket.
  3. Fleece or wool trousers/pants.
  4. Trekking boots with spare laces.
  5. Thick, warm wool hiking socks (4).
  6. Footwear for around tea house, eg running shoes and/or sandals.
  7. Trekking Sticks.
